Purchase any item and we will ship it to you anywhere for free. Each shipment is securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped using only the most reputable and reliable courier services.

We also offer several convenient specialty services, including expedited shipping, shipment of gifts to an alternate address.

Customize Jewels is committed to timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Customize Jewels within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

Delivery Time

Items are usually shipped within 5 - 10 business days depending on the item purchased. This is to allows us sufficient time to cast, polish, size items (if applicable), and set stones.

Order Tracking

Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number

Insurance

All items shipped are insured for their full value. However, the shipping carrier's insurance ends the moment the package is delivered. Please make sure that you do not have a signature release on file with UPS or FedEx. If you do, the package may be left on your doorstep, deemed delivered and it will not be insured against loss or theft. We apologize for this, but we have no way of protecting your package once it is delivered.
