International orders are sent via DHL EXPRESS. Orders shipped outside India are subject to all customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the country of import.

What about Custom Charges, Duties, etc.?
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any customs charges, duties, GST, etc. that your country may be charging as these vary from case-to-case and are beyond our reach. You are advised to contact your local customs for any clarification. Additionally, feel free to contact us, and we may in some cases have older experiences from customers to share.
Also, please note that for international orders that AFTER dispatch, are either refused by the customer or canceled, the customer will be liable for all custom duties and GST charged by their country, in order to return the items back to us. Only after receipt of the item by us, any balance due to the customer, less all fees, customs duties, and GST, will be refunded to the customer as per the refund timeline.
Is my shipment safe?
All our international shipments are packaged with double care! We understand that the journey is long and far, and ensure that you will not be disappointed. Additionally, we partner with reputable logistics providers like FedEx that take good care of your package. Our shipments are sent in durable, tamper-evident packaging. Additionally, all our shipments are insured. The insurance cost is included in our shipping costs, and you do not need to pay anything extra.
Can I track my shipment?
All our shipments can be tracked online. However, postal shipments to certain countries like Afghanistan, etc. may see a delayed tracking. Note that all our express shipments are sent through reputed logistics carriers like FedEx and Aramex.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
International orders can easily be placed through our web site. If you prefer, you can also contact Customize Jewels customer service representative who can assist you in placing your order over the phone, by email or live chat.
If you choose to pay by bank wire, please note that your order will be processed only after your payment in the form of bank wire is received.
All Customize Jewels prices are specified in US$. All transactions will be converted to your local currency based on the bank rates of your bank at the time the transaction is processed. Please consult your bank for details.
Customize Jewels currently accepts PayPal or bank wire payments from our international customers outside India.
For international bank wire orders, after you place your order a customer service representative will give you the account information you will need to provide to your bank in order to transfer funds from your account directly to a Customize Jewels account. It may take a few days for your bank to process the bank wire. Once your bank has transferred the funds, Customize Jewels is immediately notified and your purchase is processed.
Please note an ACH transfer is not the same as a wire transfer. At this time, Customize Jewels does not accept ACH transfers.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & RESIZING
At Customize Jewels, we take pride that our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence. In order to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Customize Jewels purchase; we offer a very flexible 30-day return policy.
For orders shipped internationally, we cannot offer ring resizing since taxes are levied every time a jewelry item crosses the border.
Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:
- 1. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
- 2. Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Customize Jewels team.
- 3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy
- 4. The product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc
- – Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
- – Return Shipment is at customer’s cost
- – Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded
- – Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the product, shall not be refunded in the return payment.
- – Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
How should I return the product?
- In case you are returning or replacing a product, please take the following steps:
- – Contact Customer Support and get a Return Authorization
- – Ensure that you keep all original objects that accompanied the gemstone-like Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
- – Pack the items carefully. and send only through a reputed courier with insurance for the package. Take the courier tracking information and share with us. You can find our address by clicking here Contact Us.
- – We recommend that you send the product back through ‘DTDC Plus’ service or FedEx from your nearest branch. This service assures minimizes any risk involved relating to delays, misplace or theft.
- – You may also have to ascertain which couriers accept jewelry. At times, customers have managed to circumvent this rule (at their own risk) by simply mentioning the product as “Artificial jewelry” or “Astrological Product”
- IMPORTANT: Do not write the name Customize Jewels or any gemstones, jewelry-related words on the outside of the package, as it may attract undue attention and theft of the package.
- Engraved jewelry items other than rings may not be returned. All Customize Jewels engraved rings may be returned for credit, however, engraving fees are non-refundable. Removal of Customize Jewels engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free with no additional engraving fee.
- Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns without a Customize Jewels Return Merchandise Authorisation will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
- Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; some silver rings; so please take care to order the correct ring size at time of purchase.
