6. Made-to-Order Jewelry

Many of our products are made to order.

The production time for each item is displayed on the applicable product page.

As a general guide, standard production typically takes approximately 10–12 business days.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

7. Customization

Certain products may allow customers to select standard options such as:

Special requests outside the standard options may be considered custom work.

For other destinations, customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, import taxes, or other destination-country charges that are not included in our pricing.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import and customs requirements in their country.

11. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We do not knowingly retain complete payment-card information beyond what is necessary for authorized payment processing and applicable business records.

12. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Free Standard Shipping is available worldwide on eligible orders.

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Express delivery may be available for eligible products and generally takes approximately 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

PO Box Addresses

PO Box addresses and PO Box pickup are not available.

Customers must provide a complete physical street address.

Shipping Address

Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Customers are responsible for checking the shipping information carefully before completing an order.

13. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in that policy.

Personalized, engraved, specially customized, or custom-designed jewelry is generally final sale, subject to applicable law.

14. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

As a general rule:

• Orders cancelled within 12 hours of placement may be cancelled without a cancellation fee, subject to production status.

• After 12 hours, cancellations or modifications may be subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.

• Once production, customization, diamond or gemstone procurement, or other order-specific preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

15. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive jewelry that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially inaccurately described, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the package and jewelry.

Do not repair, resize, polish, alter, or modify the item before contacting us.

16. Metal Sensitivity

Gold jewelry is made from alloys that may contain trace amounts of other metals, which can include nickel, copper, silver, or other alloying metals depending on the composition.

Some individuals may experience skin sensitivity or allergic reactions to certain metals.

If you have known metal sensitivities, please contact us before purchasing so we can help you select an appropriate metal option.

Platinum may be a suitable option for customers seeking a more hypoallergenic metal, although no metal can be guaranteed to be completely allergy-free for every individual.

Customize Jewels is not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities that result from a customer's known or unknown sensitivity to jewelry materials, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
