Because our jewelry is made to order, there is a processing time while the jewelry is manufactured. This time is required for our goldsmith to cast, polish, size items (if applicable), and set stones. This can vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on the item. Please reference the processing time located on each product page.
Free Shipping
Purchase any item and we will ship it to you anywhere for free. Each shipment is securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped using only the most reputable and reliable courier services. Shipping timing will be 4 to 6 business days .
Free Returns
You can return any product within 30 days from when you receive it. We offer free returns and our standard returns, refunds and exchange policy is 30 days.
Manufacturing Guarantee
Any defect in the craftsmanship of our jewellery is fully covered from purchase. If a fault or a defect is found in the way our jewellery was crafted, we will correct the defect or exchange or remake the jewellery at no cost to you.
